It does not provide legal advice, discuss case strategy, or access case files. Conversation logs are stored in our cloud-based platform. We recommend consulting with your firm's ethics counsel about whether automated intake tools meet your jurisdiction's confidentiality requirements.
AI Sidekick responds to inbound inquiries only — people who already contacted your firm. It does not initiate outreach to people who haven't reached out first. However, the system does send follow-up sequences to people who called but didn't book a consultation. State bar advertising and solicitation rules vary by jurisdiction, so we recommend reviewing your automated message templates with your state bar or ethics counsel before launch. All messages are fully customizable.
